1. Sync
Startloc is synchronized automatically as soon as you launch the application. This is called "self synchronization". You can also start it manually by clicking on "Synchronizations" and then on the "Sync" button.
The synchronization is to be informed each of the places. It allows data to be recorded on the Startloc server as well as on all your devices. You can then find your premises on several devices, start it on a tablet, and finish it on a mobile for example.
Synchronization also allows the email to be sent with the PDF locations to different parts. It will not be sent if there are still some elements to be synchronized on hold.
In the sync list, note that you can prioritize the data you want by making a "drag drop" in the list. By putting an element at the top of the list, it will then be synchronized first.
Nb: Synchronization requires a Wi-Fi connection. A 4G connection is too unstable! Your tablet going into sleep mode can interrupt synchronization and leave items pending. To prevent this, set your tablet to disable automatic sleep mode. (see Chapter VI)
Warning:Any unsynchronized would eventually be lost if the application was installed.In case of problems, contact your technical department but never install the application on your own!
