V. Create an inventory status from an exit
1. Election "from a move-out"
To create an entry of entry locations from an exit, go to the "Move-ins" section, click at the top right on the "+" , "from a move out inventory".
2. Choose the status of exit locations
You will then get a list of all your items of the exit locations, press the one you want to select to create your entrance, then validate at the top right.
3. Understand the different symbols
The symbol of signature means that the site is finished and sign. If you change the location, you lose signatures.
The symbol of the black leaf means that the site has not been signed, but is in progress. So you can modify it and have it signed at the right time.
The grey leaf means that the site is still an early draft. A draft inventory will not synchronize with the secure Startloc server; it is only available on the device where you created it. You will need to validate it (with or without a signature) to synchronize it.
4. Verifying the interlocutors
You will then access the name of the tenant, then change the name of the tenant if necessary by pressing the name of the former tenant and then add your new location.will be displayed. Then click on Step 2 Rooms at the bottom.
5. Make changes
You can then change, if necessary, the conditions of each of the elements, the coverings (if there have been renovations, for example), the quantities (missing items on exit, for example, or added items), and add any cosmetic flaw -> Proceed as explained in Chapter I.
6. Steps 3, indicate changes
You will be able to fill in the new meter reads, the date of the day, give your comments on this time of places of between, add or delete keys, etc. To do this, simply tap the corresponding sections and enter the information. Then have the inventory signed in step 4, and then validate it.
