The application crash itself

Do you use the STARTLOC app on a tablet or PC and the app closes or crashes on its own while you use it?

We no longer provide support on versions below Android 10 (Google), IOS 13 (Apple Ipad) and Windows 10,
nor on Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows8, Windows 8.1 and Windows Server

  1. Do some basic checks that unblock the situation in 2/3 of cases:
    1. On a tablet or mobile:
      1. Manually close all open applications (including STARTLOC)
      2. Turn off wifi
      3. Completely turn off the tablet (or do a reset if you know how to do it)
      4. Turn on the tablet
      5. Reactivate the wifi
      6. Restart the STARTLOC application
      7. Verify if the message still appears, if so proceed to the next step
  2. Verify the history of your operating system and equipment by:
    1. On IPAD:
      1. Verify the age:Go to Settings, then General, then information, the Software Version must be greater than 13. otherwise in General, click Software Update and update your tablet to upgrade to version 13.. If you can't do it then your Ipad is too old for us to help you. Apple regularly updates and we are forced to adapt by evolving our computer code. We invite you to change equipment for a more recent
      2. Check the available memory:Go to setting, then General, then information, the Available line must be greater than 1 GB. If this number is lower (or expressed in Mega Bytes) delete photos and/or application from your Ipad to save a lot of space (it's about cooking). If you can't do it then your Ipad is too old for us to help you. We invite you to change equipment for a more recent
    2. On Android:
      1. Verify the age:Go to Application, then click Settings, and finally on about the tablet, you will then see the version of android you have, it must be greater than 7, if not always in about the tablet, click Software Update and update your tablet to update to upgrade to 7. If you can't do it then your Android tablet is too old for us to help you. Android (Google) regularly updates and we are forced to adapt to them by evolving our computer code. We invite you to change equipment for a more recent
      2. Check the available memory:Go to Application, then click Ephemy, and finally on storage, the available space must be greater than 1 GB. If this number is lower (or expressed in Mega Bytes) delete photos and/or application from your tablet to save a lot of space (it's about swimming). If you can't do this then your tablet is too old for us to help you. We invite you to change equipment for a more recent one.
  3. You have checked everything, you have at least on Ipad version 13..., on android version 10... and on Windows the Windows 10 version? We then invite you to take a screen capture when the application crashes because you certainly need to have an error message that appears (if you don't know how to do it, take your photo screen close enough for us to read the error message) and then open a ticket. Precribe your problem and remember to attach the screen capture with the error message, our technicians will be sure to get back to you quickly
