1. 1.Lack of connection:To check the powerful flow rate, go to the "Synchronizations" tab, then click on "Test my connection", the indicators "Descending" and "Ascent" indicators must be green. If this is not the case (orange or red), it means that your connection is too weak to allow synchronization. In this case, you can try connecting your device to another network (other wifi network for example) and then syncing.2. Too powerful firewall:In some cases, non-synchronization of elements is due to the fact that there is too powerful a firewall on your network. To detect the problem, connect your device to another network (other wifi network for example) and then retake synchronization. If sync works, contact your IT department to lighten firewalls that block Startloc synchronization.
This system makes it possible to prioritize the synchronizations to be performed. So if you have a sync element that blocks the list, you can allow other elements to fully sync to our servers.- Open the app and go to the "Synchronizations" section.- Choose the first item from the list to synchronize, for example, "New State of the Play".- Hold your finger pressed the six dots on the left.- Drag the element down as much as possible.- Exit the app by dragging down to display recently opened applications and close Startloc (do not log in).- Find and restart the "Startloc" app.- Go back to the "Startloc" app and start synchronization. This will allow you to send your state of the premises to our servers and manage the sending of the state of play.
