I no longer find my exit inventory in the app
You have created an inventory status with STARTLOC and you do not find it?
Never install your device app because if you have not completed your sync, all your unsynchronized data would eventually be lost.
- Be aware that nothing is lost on STARTLOC® unless you have installed the app on a device that had not completed its synchronization, in this case, as stated at the top of this article in red, all the realized status would be lost, so NEVER UNINSTALL STARTLOC. So it will be useless to call us or open a ticket, we will not be able to do anything
- If you have not installed the app, go to your device, open STARTLOC, click "Outings" and look for the inventory in question with the magnifying glass, to do this enter the name of the owner or tenant:
- If no results are displayed, check the box "masked"and do a search by name, it should help.
- If the search does not work, also do the search in "Trees", sometimes we go a little too fast and we are mistaken in creating a state of the place of exit when it was a state of the place of entry (or vice versa).
- Still haven't found your state of play? Then you are not on the tablet that created this state of play and your synchronization is not complete, in this case, bring the device that created the state of play and do a search, find STARTLOC, click "Outings" and look for the inventory in question with the magnifying glass, to do this enter the name of the owner or tenant:

- If the search still doesn't work, also do the search in "Trees".
- You have not followed the whole procedure by step and you do not find your state of play ? So we invite you to open a ticket so that our service team can help you quickly, here is what we will do:
- We will check in our administration tool if you have installed the STARTLOC app and if it was, then we could not help you.
- We may try to get our hands on your device, provided that your internet connection is good.
- If none of these alternatives gives a positive result, and if your equipment is rescent with regular updates, we will intervene with our developers to do a thorough search that can take several days and without a guarantee of results.
