You have created an inventory of entry with STARTLOC and you do not find it?


Never install your device app because if you have not completed your sync, all your unsynchronized data would eventually be lost

Be aware that nothing is lost on STARTLOC unless you have installed the app on a device that had not completed its synchronization, in this case, as stated at the top of this article in red, all the realized inventory would be lost, so NEVER UNINSTALL STARTLOC. So it will be useless to call us or open a ticket, we will not be able to do anything
  2. If you have not installed the app, go to your device, open STARTLOC, click "Towers" and look for the inventory in question with the magnifying glass, to do this enter the name of the owner or tenant:
    1. If no results are displayed, check the box "masked"and do a search by name, it should help.
    2. If the search does not work, also do the search in "Output", sometimes we go a little too fast and we are mistaken in creating a state of the place of exit when it was a state of the place of entry (or vice versa)
  3. Still haven't found your state of play? Then you are not on the tablet that created this state of play and your synchronization is not complete, in this case, bring the device that created the state of play and do a search, STARTLOC, click "Towers" and look for the inventory in question with the magnifying glass, to do this enter the name of the owner or tenant:
