1. Connection to the internet

  1. Verify if you have an internet connection that works on this device, because this is the main reason for connection failures, if you are on a PC or tablet, open a browser, go to google or Bing and do a new search, type me for example. If you see any search results for the weather, then you have internet, go to the next step.
  2. If you don't have any results that appear, your device is not connected to the internet, in this case:
    1. Close all applications (including STARTLOC)
    2. Turn off wifi
    3. Turn off the tablet
    4. Turn on the tablet
    5. Reactivate the wifi
    6. Restart the STARTLOC application
    7. Try with your usual credentials, this should have addressed the problem:
      1. If you still don't have internet, contact your ISP (Internet access provider) we will unfortunately not be able to help you.
      2. If you have internet but still can't log in, go to the next step.

2. Verification of identifiers

  1. Verify your credentials, it may be that a typo has crept into your login or password. If you are still unable to log in, please click "forgotten password" to reset your credentials. You can then create a new password.

3. Other

If you have a red message that appears at the top of the screen, there is only one solution left, it is simply that our services have cut you access for one of the following reasons:
    1. If you have terminated your contract
    2. If you have not paid your last invoice.
