Startloc offers the ability to send you an Inventory via direct download of your device.
1. Pre-Owning:
- In the list of your State of play, click on the one you want to send to open the action menu
- Click on "Download PDF"
Several options are available to you:
- You download the inventory into the folders of your device, the PDF will be stored in the memory of your tablet/mobile and you can send it later
- You download the inventory on a drive space (google drive for example), this allows you to access it from other devices
- You send the inventory directly by email, your tenants will receive it directly if it is not too large.
2. Sending state of play
As previously seen, the first option is after downloading to select an email shipment (gmail or other email installed on your device). However, it can happen that your EDL is too large (because a lot of photos!), you can save your EDL in the folders of your device and send it via a free tool such as "Wetransfer".
Click on "Charge your files" or "+" to insert the PDF of the inventory, then fill in the email addresses to send the inventory and your email address. Click on "transfer".
