We understand that this can be frustrating, but we have no choice because we are even forced to follow the developments imposed by Google (Android).

When Android's operating system (OS) is running, we need to change STARTLOC's computer code to evolve it also, however you should know that when this happens, we can no longer ensure compatibility with older versions. This is a fact since today compatibility manages to follow only on 2 or 3 versions, beyond, a large part of the computer code changes.

We advise you to install updates and if this is not possible depending on the obsolescence of your equipment, quickly change your equipment to use the latest versions of Android, such as Android 11 or 12.

To understand the oldness, here is the table of versions of Android, you can realize that version 4.4 dates when even 2013, and version 9 of 2018, in computer science it is equivalent to half a century apart with the current versions!
